Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Exceptions: Final sale items, promotional products, or opened beauty products are not eligible.
Refund Process

- After approval, send the item to the address in our confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt, credited to your original payment method.
Exchange Process
- We’re happy to exchange unused products for a different shade or item of equal value.

Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
